Initiation is a transformative experience. It's something that is hard to be described in words; it has to be experienced. It is something that you have to think long and hard about on if you are ready, willing and able. It is something you have to earn. Every coven and/or tradition will vary on what their initiation requirements are and we are no different. Those requirements are not for public knowledge, but suffice it to say they blend elements of our family tradition with elements of traditional Wicca.
Initiating into our coven brings you into our lineage; our priesthood. A lineage of power and knowledge that has been molded and enhanced generation after generation, being passed from initiator to initiate since as far back as the early 1900's (that we can viably trace). Power and knowledge that teaches our specific ways of how to be as a priest or priestess in service to yourself, your community and the Gods. Power and knowledge that over time, can help develop you into a leader in your own right, if you so choose. To that end, we have three degrees of initiation, each building on the next, teaching a new set of skills.
